DISC Communication Assessment

How do you communicate when it matters?

This original DISC-inspired communication assessment explores the patterns you naturally reach for in conversation, collaboration, tension, boundaries, decision-making, and pressure. The goal is not to become attached to a type. The goal is to know your default well enough to flex when the traveler in front of you needs something different.

Adaptive Facilitation™ Know your default. Recognize their needs. Bend without breaking your boundaries. Meet the traveler where they are.
D · DriveDirectness, pace, decisions, challenge, action.
I · InfluenceConnection, expression, enthusiasm, engagement.
S · SteadinessPatience, pacing, consistency, relational calm.
C · ConscientiousnessClarity, precision, standards, risk awareness.
