Supporting psychedelic travelers requires more than good intentions or personal experience. It calls for preparation, self-awareness, sound judgment, and genuine respect for the responsibility involved.

If you feel called to this work, we invite you to apply for our Psychedelic Facilitator Training.

Our Classroom Code of Conduct

Pack Curiosity.
Make Room for Everyone.

We make room for everyone. Remaining in the room requires respectful behavior.

Our classroom embraces a diverse community of identities, cultures, histories, spiritual perspectives, professional backgrounds, political experiences, and lived realities.

You are welcome to bring questions, disagreements, imperfect language, and beliefs that are still evolving. You are not welcome to demean, intimidate, dehumanize, or dismiss the humanity of others.

  • Treat every person with dignity and respect
  • Stay curious when perspectives differ
  • Listen to understand, not merely to respond
  • Speak from our own experiences without defining someone else’s
  • Examine how identity, culture, access, power, and inequity affect psychedelic care
  • Receive feedback without treating it as a personal attack
  • Take responsibility when our words or actions cause harm
  • Protect the privacy of personal stories shared within the cohort
  • Make room for others while also allowing ourselves to be seen and heard
  • Choose repair, accountability, and growth over defensiveness

We do not expect perfection. We do expect participation, humility, and a willingness to grow.

This is not a request to quietly tolerate difference. It is an invitation to embrace the depth, complexity, and humanity that difference brings to our learning community.

If embracing these standards feels like an unreasonable burden, this is not your cohort. Save yourself the application—and all of us the awkward interview.

Before you apply
